Wow, look at this fancy new message board :) I missed out only checking in every couple of weeks!! I changed my name too to be like the others, if you're confused I used to be coriforia!

Tommy is doing well ever since going on the timed feeder, his numbers are lower, pretty much all greens. I was able to get lots of mid-cycle checks around Christmas but its been hard lately. I will try to get more night numbers before going to bed. I moved his dose back down to a fat zero since he was doing better with the timed feeder. Do you think he's ready for an OTJ trial or should I keep with the fat zero and get more spot checks??

Isn't it crazy? Sometimes I still take a step back and think of how far he's gotten. It will be 2 years this Friday! I didn't think cats could do so well after 2 years, I'm still hopeful he may go OTJ but I try to not get too excited because I know the odds are against him.
 
Man, I understand. Not only has it been two years but it has been a tough two years, don't ya think?
I LOVE IT when I see a cat like Tommy do soooo well. I'm sending truck loads of good vibes to him topped with ant-jinx sprinkles.

When I read that I started tearing up! Haha I can't believe it. I'm at work so I hope no one sees me crying at my desk haha They are tears of happiness of course :D So I guess I just won't give his shot tonight and will try to do lots of spot checks, and of course I will post more :) I just get so busy the weeks seem to fly by!

Haha oh geez we're all crying! Well let's save the happy tears for when he actually goes OTJ! He needs to get through this trial first ;-) I'm just hoping his pancreas doesn't sputter out after a few days and then I've lost all this wonderful progress. But I'm going to think positive healing thoughts for his pancreas and throw on some of those sprinkles from D!! heehee
