I think I would try a reduction. He's been in normal numbers with nadirs in the 50-80 range, but for the preshots which are within meter variance of green. The preshots are anyway, the last numbers to fall in line. I wonder whether the snack at +8/+9 is causing the blue preshots. Hard to say. Like Wendy had said earlier, the snack at +8/+9 is normally suggested for cats at doses below 0.25U where the pancreas are providing the bulk of the insulin requirements.

Awesome, thanks Bhooma! Agreed about the +8/+9 snack, hard to tell what that’s doing. Maybe I’ll ditch that for a week or so and see what happens.

Thanks Staci! A little nervous because the last time he was on the previous dose he was in 200s. But we can always go back up if necessary.

Nice job today with Ivy - sensor failure? :banghead:
