Good morning,

Shasta is eating her breffis as I type. Pretty good appy. She has decided that she enjoys falling asleep on my arm. Well, last night, I paid for my "back to bed" yesterday morning. Last night was my night of insomnia. grr_red I have a rehearsal in Orlando tonight, and then back home and then back to Orlando for a long day of rehearsal on Saturday. Would prefer not to be sleepy. blah!

I spoke too soon...her appy is...ok. She's acting a bit suspect, but then again, she's a cat and acts weird a lot. hmmmm. I'm going to go back to bed for an hour and a half and then I'm up and getting ready for a few appointments. I'll monitor her during that time. Maybe she just had too much over night fuds and isn't particularly hungry now?! She's doing a little preening right now and she did use the LB last night...pee.

Ok, she's walked down the hallway towards the bedroom and I think she's waiting for me. I'll be back later. Hope everyone has a great Friday! Blessings!!

Hi guys .. sorry to hear about your insomnia last night .. at least you can head btb for a bit with shasta, maybe try to get back to your normal sleep schedule? Shasta, you don't act weird do you??? Have a great weekend guys!

Hi Dyana, I got a little rest before her +2 shot, but no time to grab a nap. Oh well, I should be ok for the drives tonight. Just wish my "Scotty beam me up" button was working...I hate this drive, especially at night. It's rainy and supposed to be a little foggy and the stupid deer!!!!! ohmygod_smile But I'm looking forward to singing with my group. Hope you're having a great Friday!

Hi Mary, so I was wrong this morning...she wasn't waiting for me, per say. She acted like she was waiting for me, but then she never joined me in bed. I think she was just feeling so bloated for no poo in 24 hours that she didn't want more food and didn't know what else to do! :lol: I heard her in the LB, but when I checked it...only pee. Hope you and Ollie have a wonderful Friday!

Hi Devon, I guess you can say I caused the insomnia all by myself. Too many back to beds! I am trying to get back to my normal sleep schedule (as well as moving Shasta's shot time back slowly), but with my night owl tendencies and having just spent a week in Central Time Zone and now back in Eastern Time Zone...I'm all messed up!!!! :roll: :lol: We'll get there really fast...if nothing else...by Monday!!!!

UPDATE: WE HAVE RIBBON POOPY! I still can't believe that she scarfed down those two little pieces of ribbon like that. Shame on me. She was none to happy about that poopy, let me just say! After the anal sac expression on Monday and then this...her bum must be quite sore! :shock: Poor thing!

Also, I bought some catnip (which she is usually not too affected by) and put some on her new cat condo...she actually kind of played with it! :dizcat She's scratched on the scratching post once, so far; and jumped up on the lowest level twice (by herself) and all the way to the top (once)...but I did have to provoke her! :lol: Maybe when she's feeling better, she'll use it more!

Ok, off to rehearse some of my music before the rehearsal tonight! ciao!
