Good Morning, all,
It rained all night and now has begun to snow (but not much snow accumulation is expected--bummer!). Our driveway looks like a skating rink (haven't been out yet to test the footing). Rusty snuggled with his beans and had a good night, ate about half of his nighttime fuds, and so far has eaten about half of his breakfast. I'm about to go downstairs to hold his bowl.
It dawned on me that it's time to pay bills. How could I have forgotten that?? So I've been doing paperwork this morning. Earlier Rusty and I had a nice schmooze. He was so comfortable that I didn't want to wake him, so dozed off and on while he slept.
This afternoon (late afternoon) our "Film Society" is meeting to view the movie "Reds" on Netflix DVD. It's a long movie (almost 5 hours), so we're going to take a break half way through and nibble on New Year's goodies. Rusty will enjoy hosting this, as always. We thought "Reds" would be an appropriate film for the present day--a little historical reminder, as it were.
Wishing you all a good day and sending healing vines to all in need,
