Hi there! Please let me know if this is more a question for the Lantus forum? Was just wondering if Henry’s #s look ok, and any insight as to why his AMPS are always so high and PMPS are lower?
Thank you :)

He is looking very good. That dose is bringing him down to green BGs and that is what we want to see.
Stay on that dose. The BGs of a newly diagnosed kitty look very like Henry’s. ..that is …lots of colours. It takes time for a kitty to become regulated as insulin is a hormone and the body takes time to get used to it.
The AMPS is always the last BG to drop down so don’t be concerned,..perfectly normal.

Thank you so much, Bron! I got a little worried seeing his AM still so high, but feel better now. Thank you for continuing to check in. I really appreciate it.
