Well, Jackson seems to have earned another reduction today, with a 47 at +5. Recap:

AMPS 75
+2 62
+3 60
+5 47 (fed 1/2 tsp HC plus 1/4 can LC FF, which is his normal snack)
+6 80
PMPS 160 (0.1 u)

In hindsight, I don't think he needed the 1/2 tsp. of HC as he was barely under 50 and I think he hits nadir before +6 anyway. Live and learn. I adjusted his AM feeding a bit, as he and brother Ollie seem to be hungry during the day lately. I think these two factors contributed to the 160 PMPS.

Shot 0.1 u for the first time tonight -- has anyone else noticed that either the plunger or the lines on the syringe are sometimes crooked?! Makes me cross-eyed. :shock:

As I type this, both (big) cats are trying to squeeze onto my lap -- cozy! :smile:

I remember thinking I was going crazy when Lucy got down to 0.1u. I think I threw away 3 out of every 5 syringes because the lines were wrong or the plunger didn't go all the way to the top of the syringe.
 
Thanks, all -- and glad I'm not alone on the plunger/lines issue! This is going to take some practice. Jack seemed to do OK with his first .1 u dose last night -- 103 at AMPS. Keep it up, kitty boy!
