Well throat feels better but I have absolutely no voice but then again Jon has no voice either so last night we're sitting right next to each other and texting to communicate. :lol:

It started snowing here last night so it's gonna be just a party tonight to go out and restock the supplies. I swear folks around here forget from one winter to the next that it snows here and how to drive in it.

I really want to be a weather girl. Last night the local weather girl was saying we'd get just a dusting in anything at all and that there were no watches, warnings, or advisories out for our area. No more than 2 seconds after she said that my phone chirps to tell me there's a weather alert. NOAA is calling for 2-4" today with a hazardous weather advisory for us. And we already had more than a dusting by end of the news cast...Blew that one didn't ya!

Yeah we woke up to 3 inches of "dusting" on Tuesday. Glad you are feeling a little better. Too funny about the texting... :lol:

Alska is with his Autumn today. Wonder who he will have to share her with... Maybe Max or Sammy and soon to come back - Lucian!

Glad you're feelin' a little bit better Mel. Love your comments about the weather forecasters. Recently, a local weather forecaster said there was a "slight chance of snow." I looked at my mom and said he should open his eyes and look out the window cause it's a snowing at that very moment he said the chance was slight. ;-) Max is enjoying some pool time with the other kitties today.

So that's where the extra swimming trunks came from this morning as I didn't think it was Casey's.

Jon went into work this morning and turned right around and came back home as the boss had the insane idea of sending the entire company out to Kearney (75 miles away) to try to lay up roofing today. Between the roads and that he's still sick he bailed. But now he's gonna have to work this Sunday so I'm gonna be watching the Super Bowl alone with enough food to feed an army. lol
