Lucy perked up a bit yesterday afternoon, but by the dinner time, her appetite was poor and her energy was low.
This morning, her appetite is still poor and energy is low.
It's very confusing how her appetite is.
Even though I say it's poor, she's been finishing eventually.
But she gets so distracted and walks around during finger-feeding.
One moment she wants to eat, then after a few bites she doesn't want to eat, and 5 minutes later she eats OK.
She's not nauseated or in pain. She just can't make up her mind if she wants to eat or not.
Last night, I e-mailed to the holistic vet explaining all this, how she was doing fine before the last appointment, and now this.
She replied "Let's wait a few days to see if things even out. Sometimes things can get stirred up after an acupuncture session and a remedy. In a way it's "no pain no gain", but it shouldn't last too long."
Okey Dokey.....at least for now.
Things aren't too horrible because Lucy's still eating and she's not sick or painful.
Getting her to eat isn't too difficult yet thanks to Wendy for collecting lots of Lucy's preferred batch of Wellness.
I hope everyone's having a nice day!
