Good Morning all, and long time no write for us. This bean has been really sick with not much energy for a couple weeks. I got the bad version of the 24 (haha) stomach bug (more like 55 hours) then my defenses were very low and I got a nice cold that went into my lungs. I am just now feeling better but still hacking my lungs out. Horrible. I missed 2 weeks of running training, lost ground from the time off, and have a half marathon in California in 3 weeks when I visit family for a week. It doesn't look good for a solid performance in my future. SIGH.

But news about the IMPORTANT one in this sugar dance, little Leo the Fart Master and King of Rainbows. As his spreadsheet shows, he's decided he looks good in red and black, and we're working back up the dose scale. I'm microdosing the Bounce Master since Mr. P and Mr. L are on hair triggers. He's thrown most of his "trends" on bounce recovery out the window, and Mr. P seems disinclined to behave in any rational manner. For several days, his "nadir" is higher than his pre-shot values. I don't understand that. And then this morning, a green out of nowhere at +11, making me reconsider his AM shot. (update - delayed 1 hour) FART CAT. The days of shoot-low-to-stay-low with his erratic behavior and dislike of high carb foods are less appealing to me.

Anyway, we hope to make more regular appearances now that I am on the mend. I've missed a lot. I'm asking kindly if there has been any big news that I might miss scanning back through nearly a month of condos, that you drop me a PM or reply here? I do miss all of you and wonder how you and all the furbabies are doing.

My best,
Lisa and the King of Farts.

I was wondering where you've been. There are a couple of people who have been down for the count with the flu.

The green isn't out of nowhere. This is the bounce off of the green on 1/27 breaking. I'd keep an eye on the cycle today. Leo could surprise you!!

Hi guys .. well this certainly is a nice start to the day for leo! Just when you think you got your cat down, they throw us off again ..I sure am sorry to hear you were so sick, but definitely glad to hear you are feeling better .. seems like the cough is always the last thing to leave the body after being sick .. continue to rest up and not overdo anything .. have a great day!

Hi Sienne - thanks for looking. I understand what you are suggesting, but the green *is* out of nowhere because I expected him to clear the bounce much more quickly, and he DIDN'T! LOL! He'd gotten much better and clearing bounces in 2 cycles or less, but the past couple of weeks it's worse as we work back up. I wait for the clear and it doesn't happen like it did before. That's kinda what I meant about "out of nowhere."

HI Devon - yea, that darned cough! I'm working on a good day - thanks for saying.

Hi guys! So glad to see your post! Sorry about being sick it has been hitting so many people! Glad to hear you are on the mend. You are coming out here to CA what part?? My training has suffered too with mr scrabble and lack of sleep. Which half r u running? So nice to hear from you hope Leo calms down. Take care of yourself!

Hi Lisa, we've missed you and the Rainbow King. Could you let him know that blue and yellow are part of the rainbow and he should be spending more time with them instead of those ugly ones? Good to hear that you are starting to feel better. Hope the running comes back quickly enough.

Neko does a lot of what I call mini bounces where she has a nice cycle, then does a short half cycle bounce, then comes down again. The result is a cycle with the middle higher than the nadirs.

Wow. It's nice to see you :) I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm still working on a slight cough..
Nice AMPS Leo  Is he going to CA with you?

HI Michelle. I am heading to Pasadena for the Rock 'n Roll Half out there. My family lives in the area. Leo is NOT going! DH will be BIC that week. Sorry to hear about your training - what a mental bummer. I am trying to be *so good* about not rushing back. Today I ran 5.5 miles and I feel like I was hit by a truck. Lost ground!

HI Wendy - I was thinking the same thing! Yellow and Blue are such NICE pretty colors in my book, and if he would stay yellow and blue for the rest of his life I would be a delighted bean. Interesting on Neko's mini bounces - that's what it seems Leo is doing, just up in the stratosphere. I'll put that in my thinking, thanks!

HI Dyana - everyone seems to be struggling with something. I hope you kick the cough soon. Leo is NOT coming to CA!!! I can't even imagine taking him. Well, I could but it would be a day full of body fluids in the carrier. :-(

I'm sorry you've been so sick, and have lost ground with your half marathon training  . I don't run, but I do love working out...it's hard enough to keep up with that like I use to anymore, just with Trix's schedule. I suppose that feeling you got today after running 5.5 miles is a reminder that you'll need to ease into it...but you'll get there!!

Feel better, Lisa...and lovely start for Leo today!

Lisa it's good to see a post from you and Leo. I'm sorry you've been so sick. Today is the first day I have felt really good since New Year's Day. This has been a rough month for getting sick. I've had one thing after another. I hope you recover completely soon. I hope Leo decides he likes greens and blues and yellows more than those yucky numbers. I hope he surfed nice for you today.

HI Amy, Carla and Rhiannon - the coughing is lessening little by little. It stinks, doesn't it, that the coughing just goes on and on!

Leo had blues in the night!!!!! Sad to get so excited about a few hours in a happy BG state but he's been so STUBBORN lately! Thanks for stopping over and saying hi.
