He had a really good day yesterday - although it kinda lost duration later in the day and last night was nothing to write home about. If it were me, I'd increase, but I tend to be a bit aggressive and when there was hope for remission I had the time (no plans to leave the house since I work from home) and could watch Luci closely.

So if you're going to be home for the next day or two, I'd go ahead and increase tonight. He's looking like that depot is depleted to me.

Let's see what he does today and if he's still up in yellows and pink, then I'd vote for the increase. Let's see what others say today.

Have a great day Karen!

Looking at your SS this afternoon - it doesn't look like he got anywhere near a nice low blue or even a high green today. Since you asked earlier about increasing tonight - IF you're going to be able to watch him closely and IF you're going to be around tomorrow you could give it another try at 1.75.

I have a feeling he'll have a yellow PMPS so with that in mind...

What we don't want him to do is slip away down into those low greens - shark chasing - so he loses what might be a very efficient dose and might help him get into the low blues and some high greens.

Do you have plenty of medium/high carb gravy foods on hand? anything in the 10-16% range and then on the upper end - in the low - mid 20's for HC. Let's see if he can be guided to have a nice long surf on the edge of the lagoon - even some time on the beach (nice low blues) would be a good fit for him tonight - he's been in the reds and pinks so long he's not going to handle a dip like the other night well and will go bouncing off into the stratosphere and lose his dose again.

Sometimes that's the dance we dance...up/down, up/down. Lots of if's here...sorry about that. As always, the decision is ultimately yours.

Hope this is helpful.

It definitely is..thank you Sue and Luci!

Yes I don’t offer him dry any more. Added one more serving of pate mid day and poached plain chicken or Turkey. He asks for food numerous times during day.
How long ago? That might make a big difference in deciding whether to increase and when.

192 right now which is 15 -30 minutes from shot time. Thoughts? I’m fine with holding the 1.5 dose and reassessing again tomorrow. Thanks for input.

Tell him he's got one more night to head down to some nice low blues - otherwise tomorrow he's going to get an increase. Often that works - a little threat ya know? Tell him you've been thinking about it...but giving him a little more time might help him do the work tonight he needs to do... :)
