Random thought - where in the fridge do people keep their Lantus pens and how? I'm storing mine on a shelf, still in the plastic bag with the vet hospital prescription label. I used to have a neoprene bottle protector when Squishy was using 10ml insulin bottles. Is there something for pens? I suppose bubble wrap will work.

I had a plastic tupperware type container for my in-service cartridge (pen refill). Second shelf down at the back, away from any warmer items or thawing things. I didn't have any extra protection around it, but bubble wrap would work. When Neko and I went travelling her insulin was wrapped in bubble wrap, then inside a plastic container.

Flat. Hoping bgs won't creep into the high yellows overnight.

I'll repurpose a small box to keep the insulin pen in.
