Hi Everyone,

Looks like Rusty's "favorite" old dose may be a bit much, now that it has settled in. We'll give it a few more days (or 2 more numbers under 50) and maybe take it down by 1/2 drop (mid-way between the "skinny" 1/4 unit and the "fat" 1/8 unit).
Dark, gloomy, too warm, damp, and now rainy day here today. So far we haven't had the freezing rain, but it looks like that is on the way. Bummer! All our good snow is rotten. And it looks like we're in for a freeze.

Rusty is hanging out in his baskets today. He has chronic congestion and today is not a good day. Appetite is so-so, but he is eating.
This morning one of the 2-year-old "spikers" (young, 1-point bucks) trotted into our woods, and this afternoon there were about 5 or 6 deer here. They seem to know when the weather is going to be bad and come here to wait it out.

bbl,

Nice the deer think of your place as a refuge. Sounds like icky weather, kind of like a typical Seattle winter, LOL, although is bright, cold and clear.
I hope Rusty's appetite picks up and nice that you can reduce!

Hi Ella :coffee::coffee::coffee:

YaHOO! Rusty made the lagoon. No deep sea diving Rusty, 'K? I hope your congestion improves today too. Good luck with your dosing too.

Stay warm! Seattle is cold.... We are hoping for warm. I hope the freezing rain doesn't show there.

Rusty!! What were you doing out there in shark territory?? Stay in the safe water with China!!

How cool that the deer in the area know to come to your place when the weather is going to be bad. It's too bad you're not allowed to feed them (we can here in Missouri although it's discouraged)

The only time it's against the law here is if you're baiting them during hunting season.

I don't know for sure if it's against the law, but it's not good for the deer to feed them. (they do scrounge around underneath the bird feeders!)

The freezing rain finally arrived, but is not expected to be too bad. We just want our good snow back! Rusty ate all his dinner and we are about to turn in. His breathing is better this evening. I think he must have inhaled some food earlier.

Yo, I'm on duty tonight. Surf safe, kitties!

Hi Ella and clan,
Hoping today a smoother day all around. Glad Rusty's appy picked up and his breathing improved.

We have had barely any snow here yet this season (do we count one mini storm immediately followed by melt-it-all rain?).
