Dipped into the high blues overnight (yay!), so no R this morning. He's coming back up now, so he might get some midcycle R soon.

Also, this is cycle 6 since the fur shot, so he's ready for a Lantus increase. I don't think two dips into the high blues changes that. Tentative plan: midcycle R now if he's over 300, then Lantus increase to 6.5 (and no R) this evening.
 
Midcycle R (2 U) brought him down about 50 points; I'm starting to think I need to redo the scale again. Lantus dose increase to 6.5 U as planned. Now let's see what he does with it. I'll be calling the dental clinic on Tuesday (they're closed Mondays) and hopefully we can start to move forward with that as well.
