Good Morning LL! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) WE had a bounce instead of a slide last night, so in slide mode again this morning.

Actually it's a relief as we take DM to the oncologist today and I don't know how long we will need to be out. Please keep the vines growing for DM and DS who has not had very good news. Hoping for better for DM.

Thanks for asking about LWC. She is still here. I heard coyotes last night and got up to see if she was around and found her sleeping in my greenhouse, thank goodness! I had been leaving the door open for her, but the plants won't be happy w/ that for long. Unfortunately when I went out she woke up and followed me back to the house. ohmygod_smile She has a place staked out under a planter where she can watch the kitchen doo, she and Tess were having a stare down through te slider this morning. Amazingly she never tries to bite or scratch when I clean her eyes. Which BTW are the most beautiful green!

not too bad of a start for Tess.... middle of the road yellow and headed on down. I hope she has a good one today: nice and blue with a splashing of green. Go for it Tess. Just don't go looking for Mannie - you so do not want to be there....

Many strong healing vines for DM, and DS. I hope things will be OK for them. It's so tough when sometimes the news isn't the best. I will hope that today it will be.

You have been adopted. :-D LWC knows a good thing when she found it. It is so nice that you are watching over her, keeping an eye on things. Wow - nice too that she will let you clean her eyes - awesome on the green - beautiful! I wonder if, over time, Tess will accept her. Just stare downs? no hissing? Maybe she will then.

We will be thinking good thoughts for your DM's visit to the oncologist. And we continue to send healing vines to your DM and DS.

Tess is helping you out today with her AMPS. I wonder if, after 12 years of having you and John to herself, Tess would accept a kitty in need of a home. Do you have any idea how old LWC is?

What a nice number to come home to, not too steep a drop but still a nice blue. We got back from the appt just in time for the test. Stopped to pick up my new glasses on the way home and they are not right! Have to see my regular eye doctor and have the exam redone. I went w/ a test at Costco because I couldn't get ing to my regular dr in time to get checked for my drivers license. Guess I just have to take the test w/ my old glasses. cat(2)_steam

Thanks for the vines for DM, Michelle and Ella. It is a skin cancer on her labia but two drs have said that they would not recommend surgery for her since it would be a very long, difficult recovery especially at her age. And really the same for radiation/chemo. In other words the treatment would be worse than the disease. He and the surgeon he consulted recommended hospice care, keeping her comfortable but no aggressive action.

Ella, i really don't know what Tess would think of adding LWC to the household. yeah, i think I have pretty much committed to taking care of her. At least for a time she won't be in the house. She will have the laundry room at night and be out during the day, although she certainly wants to follow me inside. :lol: So, I'm off to find a new LB and kitty bed. :-D :-D :-DOh and when the vet looked for a chip she said she was 2 or 3 years old.

Hi Ann, just catching up on your condo and so sorry about your DM. It sounds like it is the best option considering the treatments would be so severe. Sending lots of vines and prayers for your DM and DS and also you and DH. That's tough with both going thru so much at the same time.
I agree with Michelle that LWK has adopted you. You never know it may work out with Tess. Maggie came into my household when Mikey (GA kitty) was eight years old. I hadn't planned on a second kitty either, but there came Maggie and so glad I kept her, as you can see. It took some adjusting in the beginning but they quickly became friends and smackdown buddies. :-D
