Yes, that is him growling while holding the new furry toy mouse in his mouth and at any attempt to even touch the toy :shock: Leroy wouldn't even share the toy with Emma :roll: Every time I pry the toy out of his mouth and give it to Emma, he has to run over and grabs it again and growl ohmygod_smile Probably need to get Emma her own furry mouse toy the next time I go to the pet store. This is Leroy's current favorite toy.

Emma's favorite toy is a pink heart shaped mouse:

It doesn't look like that anymore, though. It's now smushed and dirty, stuffing is falling out, and the bell is long gone (I threw it out since it kept coming off). Emma chomps on it, carries it around, and talks to it. I'd like to get her a replacement toy but I haven't seen this particular toy at any pet store. Emma got the toy as a gift from someone and I don't remember who. I bought a similar toy for her today (the blue mouse with the flower pattern that you can see in the video just behind Leroy) but so far she's ignored it :?

Squishy Merlin had no interest in toys :roll: He'd occasionally whack a milk cap around and go a little crazy over a catnip toy but that was about it.

POSSESSIVE LEROY!!

This is Binks' all time fav...it's a little version of the Thunder Tumbler radio controlled Stunt Car.
It lights up and does wheelies and flips...but doesn't have the real loud "motor" :lol: :lol:
The tortie girls run screaming from the room when we play with it...
which makes Binks love it even more!

He did, however, HATE the RC Helicopter :sad:

Mikey's favorite is the laser pointer. He loves a rousing game of "Vanquish the Red Dot."

Jesse James' all-time most favoritest thing is a broken piece of a crazy straw. All that's left is a loop about an inch in diameter, but he loves it.

Smidgen loves the sealer rings off milk jugs. She will ply with one for hours and then bury it either in my shoe or in my bed. She also likes to kill oven mitts.
 
Neat toy, Binks :smile: I think Leroy would go nuts over a radio controlled car :lol: I had a toy mouse on wheels that you pull back a little and then let it zip across the floor. It's broken now but Leroy loved to chase it around.

Yes, Leroy is very possessive of that toy :shock: I gave the toy back to him and he's chasing it all over the place and growling to it. I'll take it away again before bed so he doesn't keep me up all night @-)

I was toying with the idea of getting a small fish tank, no more than 5 gallons, and putting some fish in it for the civies' entertainment. But I worry about one of them figuring out how to pry the lid off and then eating the fish :shock: Or body slamming again the tank and making a huge mess :shock:
 
Gabby isn't big on toys. She'll bat at something and then lose interest. She does, however love her cubes and boxes of all sorts. Gizmo LOVES his springs.

Muffin likes various little toys with feathers on them from petco, and loves the laser pointer. Shnookie only plays with one particular wand toy, until the kittens got Undercover Mouse for Christmas - he joined in on that one! :lol: I have a video I'll post some day. Undercover Mouse is the kittens' favorite favorite toy - they even play with it when it's not running! :roll: Oscar has recently discovered nanners! But I really think Oscar and Cleetus enjoy playing with each other the most.

 
Trix isn't too much into toys, either, although she does love a good kick-fest with nanners on occasion.

Frankie's favorite toy: crumpled up paper balls from the Target flyer. I toss them to her when she's hanging out in the Target cubes, and she's in heaven!!!

Both civies loved the laser pointer until they got bored of it :roll: They like toys that they can actually touch and grab. Like straws but I have to watch them like a hawk because they try to actually eat the straw :shock:

Boxes are always a big hit :smile: I have a large shipping box that some Christmas gifts came in that I can't get rid of because both civies like to play in it. And they ignore the freebies boxes that I get from BJs :roll:

Randa, if your cats love Da Bird try Neko Flies :thumbup I bet the cat will go nuts for those as well. Leroy goes into his possessive chomping alter-ego over his Neko Flies toy, espcially the furry kittenator ones :shock:

At the moment, she is playing with an avocado seed that I accidentally dropped and she immediately scurried into the kitchen to appropriate. She also loves jingle bells. and tissue paper. and her fuzzy blanket. A kitten is so easily amused!!

Today Leroy is completely ignoring the furry mouse :roll: His ADD must have kicked in :razz:
 
I've been trying like heck to post that for Leroy, but I could never get it re-sized :lol: :lol:

every time I see an ADD Cat picture or hear ADD...Leroy is the first name that comes to mind.

Niko will toss a toy or two around on occasion but what he really loves is mental stimulation. He loves the Seek-A-Treat IQ Bone puzzle (purchased for the dog) along with a game of hide some treats in assorted spots around the house.

Be careful with the ones that have the stringy rubber legs and the shimmery mesh wings. Leroy and Emma find those too tempting and have pulled off wings and legs and attempted to eat them :shock: I stick with the furry kittenator ones but I do cut most of the tail of the big one off because Emma can swallow it :shock: Not fun trying to carefully pull it out and avoid being clawed to bits @-)
