1/27 Baylynn AMPS 488 + 1.5 PMPS 457

Bay was diagnosed early December, we have been unable to get his blood sugar below 400. We just started him on Methyl B12 but noticed he is not walking on his “tippy toes” in his front paws and is walking on his hocks in his rear legs. We need dosing help please.

Hello and welcome. Are you home testing Bay’s blood sugars? Just wondering how you know his numbers aren’t going below 400? What is his dose? Which insulin?

We are home testing. He is on 1.5 units of Lantus twice a day.
