Hello everyone!
Hope all is well!

Does anyone understand these numbers. I know I gave him the shot this morning.
Same food, same dose, confused with these numbers :?

There are a couple of possibilities. The least likely is that Shakes has a late nadir. Rather than his low point being around +6, it could be around your pre-shot time. The more likely explanation is that he needs more insulin. You've been at this dose for 10 days and his numbers look like they've stalled. We really try to not stick with a dose that isn't producing lower numbers for more than a few days. Otherwise, you cat's system gets acclimated to those numbers and it's harder to bring them down. When you can be around to monitor, I'd suggest raising Shakes' dose to 2.25u.

Thanks for the advice, we are seeing the vet tomorrow.
If you look at his numbers today, It does look like his nadir is late
but his night numbers are completey differnt than his day numbers

It's not unusual for the numbers in the PM cycle to be lower than the AM cycle. It's one of the reasons we nag people to test at night.
