Hey Mel,
She vomitted clear fluid over night. I knew something was off yesterday. Making sure she gets extra fluids today. I put extra water in her food. I put her water dish on her bed so there is no effort in getting to it.
She seems extra tired and she gets annoyed when I try to test her. ??
 
If she is what does that mean in the big picture.

Is this a part of the progression of the disease or is it a sign of a separate issue? Do you have any experience or information about pancreatic flares?
 
As far as I know pancreatitis is a separate condition since I have 3 diabetics and none of them have it. What I do know about it is that it is very painful when it flares up and can cause nausea and vomiting. I know there is a specific blood test that the vet can run to find out if Rosie has it. I've only had one cat that had it but she went to the bridge shortly after she was dxed due to multiple health issues.
