Good morning all!

BooBoo seems to be doing okay this morning. Not much to report yet. Ketones negative this am. Will do tests at +3, +6, and +9...

Good morning, Stephanie! I saw the last post in your previous condo, about BooBoo throwing up a little clear liquid this morning...I've seen others post about that and usually it means that they are hungry. Naturally if it continues, that may indicate more of a problem.

Thanx for the info! I know I sure feel nauseous when I am hungry, so that's what I was thinking it was. It sure is nice to have someone else's input though, and I thank you very much!

I will try to figure out how to include the previous condo in my post next time as well.

That's a good sized drop....I would get another test at +4.

I just realized that it is probably +4 already....so as soon as you can.

Looks like so far so good today. The #'s look like they are starting to go down. Any input or suggestions from y'all?
 
I was wondering when I am supposed to do the 1st lantus curve? We are starting on day 3 tomorrow. I have been doing tests at preshots, +3, +6, & +9. My mother wanted to take me to lunch as well this week but I told her I would have to plan that around BooBoo's schedule (hehehe!). Anyway any input is greatly appreciated... :)
 
Looks like BooBoo has had a great day! I think you can schedule the curve when convenient for you... better to do sooner than later, though as the numbers will be very useful in pinpointing when BooBoo hits the nadir, or low point in the cycle. You basically test every two hours during a single 12 hour cycle, so obviously better to do during the day, unless you happen to be a night owl!

Is tomorrow too soon to do the curve? it will be BooBoo's 3rd day on Lantus. Or would Friday be better. I can do either day since I am on winter break from school til Feb 8th...
 
Because of the possible fur shot, I think it would be better to wait until Friday so she can settle into this dose longer.

Just noticed BooBoo is washing herself! It's been a while since I've seen her spry enough to wash!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!
