Morning ~O) looks like Mags had a nice surf. I probably missed some nice greens while ni ni. Maggie is really good at eating when low, so I had no worries. Four "P"s today, and I doubt the big "poo" for Detective Poo's report. She had some softy poo yesterday, so I need to use less Miralax/Lactulose. I want to be careful though so as not to let her get constipated. Mags is feeling well today. We had a nice comb and brushing, some play time, and I just had a nice btd with Mags. Not too much else going on this early hour.
We are expecting a nice rain today and mild temps. Happy Friday.
Mannie, looking forward to my early Espresso and coffee brew, thanks so much.

What a nice AMPS this morning...where you gonna go with it, Maggie? As always, such a nice Maggie report! I don't blame you on doing everything to avoid the constipation...a little softy poo has to be better than being backed up. Such a juggling act - that's for sure!

Hi Amy, thanks on Mags, and that's what I was also thinking with the softy poo. Better to go over this way with the softy than the opposite constipated. It's not like a squirty liquipoo. :lol: Such talk before breffifs.

Melissa, thanks :lol: for catching the typo date. No, we don't want to go back and re-live the days. Thanks, too, on the poo thing, kind of a trial and error with the meds at times.

Detective Poo, just stopping by. Nice cycle, Mags! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: It is a bit of a fine tuning thing with the miralax/lactulose dosing. Not quite as difficult as the juice though. :lol: :lol:

Liz, yes, fine tuning easier on the Miralax :lol: but they control us with the juice part. :lol:

I keep forgetting to ask you, if there is evidence that a cat gets cramps, if given too much Miralax. I'm still giving Tux tiny amounts, remembering how it feels to have taken too strong a laxative.
I can't be positive which deposit is his in the lb, except that Checks likes me to be a witness, and Clancy doesn't cover.
If what's left, belongs to Tux, he could use a little more miralax. That brings me back to tummy cramps. nailbite_smile

Hi Barb, :lol: :lol: this is hilarious with Checks wanting you to witness his blessed lb act. No, the Miralax doesn't seem to cause cramps in Mags. I give it mixed in with a little bf plus water and then feed her regular chow immediately if she will eat. I add water to her food, too. Does Tux drink a fair amount of water? She does get 1/4 Pepcid every day because of her other meds.

Hi Michelle & Scrabble, yes, a nice rain today and I guess it is forecast thru the weekend, too.

Thanks for advice on Miralax for Tux. He's eating Friskies, on the dry side, 'cause he isn't happy not getting kibble. I was meeting him halfway. :lol: Guess I better put some water in it, as he's not a big drinker.
Today, I gave him a higher carb one, and Checks got into his leftovers. :o :oops:
Tell my again, why I stopped giving kibble? :roll:

Well, Mags stayed in her green kini in the Green Lagoon almost all day. She found a dish of a little bit of food that I accidentally forgot to remove. :-| Oh well!

Hi Barb, she is a little showoff today! :lol: I hope Tux enjoys the Friskies and has a good poo. Mags would kill for some kibble.

Hi Asoolty, I think, too, she had those greens at the pm cycle. She's so good at eating when low that I know I miss the night greens.

Thanks Michelle, for all the greenies and smilies emoticons. She was on a roll today. No, I didn't have any plans, but I did sneak out after the +6 when she was rising. I had to go to the drugstore and did take out as I hated to do the grocery thing on a Friday when it's so busy.
