Yesterday's Condo

Cuddles and purrs before the alarm and a cat that wanted food (NOW) and who is happily lounging on/in boxes -- great start for the AM (well, the numbers could be a little better, but that will change). The bean nearly forgot to give Gabby her shot. It's a good thing the syringe was on the kitchen counter. I clearly need coffee.

That's a nice round number Gabby...very precise. But it looks yellowish to me...

I think we all have those mornings where we have to keep an eye on ourselves as well as our cats! Coffee will improve that, and hopefully her shot will bring down that 300. Happy Tuesday to you both!

Cuddles and purrs are definitely a great way to wake up! Thanks for the info on dexamethasone, Sienne, I think that's exactly what the vet said. Gabby's coming down quite a bit already - a nice low yellow.

I've had second guessing whether I did a shot or not - on some sort of auto pilot. Gabby likes boxes? That's Maverick's most favourite thing in the whole world.

Not only does Gabby like boxes, she likes feathers, too. The feather wands, the long ones are standing upright in Gabby's toy basket. She jumped up on my nightstand so she could chew on the feathers. I love when she gets curious and kittenish.

Looks like it was a flat yellow day. I hope this doesn't mean its a no sleep night.
