good morning, everyone...

it's cooold here! had a long night last night for no good reason...
a couple of folks asked yesterday how Binks was getting these great numbers...answer is I have no idea. wish i knew the secret, cause i would certainly share it.

there may be more experienced folk who can enlighten us about his last week of beautiful bgs...

he had a nice cycle last night that i posted completely wrong...

Awesome run of numbers for the Binkster! I hope it continues for you. Enjoy your btb time- I'm jealous. We're having a heat wave here; some snow melted off DH's truck and the windows don't have ice on them- whoohoo! :lol:

Beautiful greens and blues on da Binksters ss, Celi! Maybe this is just the purrfect dose for Binks and he's settling into it. But whatever it is...it's a good thing!!!

i imagine it wasnt too hard to tell binks had a crabby bean earlier...

it felt like i flubbed his shot this morning, but time will tell.

btb helped...we had a rotten night with Smudge last night...up and down every other hour bullying the other two, and totally aggressive and insistent about sleeping on top of my screwed up leg or my hand...then getting right up in my face to express her displeasure with my non-compliance. I finally got underhanded and let her threaten me up close and popped her in the face with a fully loaded spray from the water bottle...then binks and i retired to the living room and closed the door, annie slept under the bed in a spot that Smudge is too big to reach.
They're still in lockdown...i'll let em out later when i feel better.

silly little problems at our place compared to the larger picture of kitties and beans forum-wide...

On the lighter side of things, the little grey Mouse Whisperer is still working his magic...i let his most recent pal out in the field across the way...and he has another hanging out in the study...it's a smaller version this time.

maybe i should have listened when he told me he wanted a puppy :lol:

Looking good as usual, Binks. Celi, I hope your leg is feeling better today, although I'm sure the super cold weather isn't helping.

wow...after reading all that is going on throughout the forum (and don't i feel like a whiny a$$ for being crabby earlier) binks and i want to send out the biggest healing vine we could find to all ailing kitties and beans...

WE all get crabby, frazzled and generally Pi....Off from time to tim. That's what the rest of us are here for, to listen. We couldn't do without you, you brighten the whole forum. BTW, I really hadn't noticed, that was crabby? ;-)

Celi that picture is the funniest. You need a hug every once in a while too - your leg, your hand, your family etc... venting it gets it out of your body so you can feel better.

How come you left Annie in with the rotten one - so she didn't feel the wrath of Smudge today? They really are doing pretty awesome and look at Binks. He is making us all smile with his numbers.

Celi: agree with Ann 150%...you are one of our bright, shining lights in LL and your condo is always fun no matter what you have going on: fighting cats, house problems, injuries, etc. So no worries with us and you deserve a day of venting when you had a night like last night. SMUDGE!!!

Vent away! Lord knows I've done my share, and I've barely been here a month!!! :)

So happy that Binks continues to show such wonderful numbers! He is one of our stars!!!

Hi Celia, I didn't think you were being crabby either. Hey, you mean you really have an extra tortie for Maggie. I saw your message on my condo. I'm glad the two meters are close together for when you need a back-up. Binks' numbers are awesome today.

on leaving annie in with smudge...oddly, they get along fine together when binks and i aren't in the picture...and poor little Annie panics when she can't retreat to the bedroom...YET...she's tough as nails when she's outdoors. whups dogs, cats...and woe betide any prey animal that enters her domain..go figure...

thanks for the pep talk, all...we does loves our lantus fambley!

got to run the momster to the human vetty...shingles, ouch!
...so will leave out LC for the boy...pretty confident he'll surf along smoothly...

Ann...i have 2 extra torties...but couldn't bring myself to inflict either of them on you! :lol:
(and, honestly, much trouble adjusting as we're having...i really dig both of them, but don't tell Binks!)

Well, poor little Poo-Doodle. The grandbean slipped him a hunk of her homemade meatloaf, which he devoured with gusto! The pleasure lasted almost a minute, then he returned the offering to the chef with no compliments! good thing though, as it was packed with onions, peppers, mushrooms and olives.

didnt affect his appetite for long, and seems to have had no effect on his lovely run.
and as i type, i hear magical poops being delivered.

LOL glad to see that that meatloaf pukus hasn't slowed Binks down!

Love tonight's pic... We get a lot of that in our house... and Willie can actually balance like that for long periods!

Hope Momma bean 's leggy heals real fast, but No kitties not allowed near it!
