Much better start today. Happy furry purry with all 5 p's present.

Mason comes home today until Sunday. Yay! I haven't told the fur kids yet, so it will be a big surprise after a very long week. They have all been very patient and sweet for the BIC but will probably be glad to see a different bean for a couple of days until we do it all again next week. 5K tomorrow, car repairs, and vetty appt for Charlie.

Morning Melissa, that's great with Mason coming home today. Furkids sure will be excited. Sounds like a busy day tomorrow. Good luck with the 5K and Vetty appt. for Charlie. How is your foot though? TGIF for you.

Ann - My foot is ok. I went and bought some new "top of the line" running shoes that are recommended for people with Morton's Nueroma. They are wider so my foot isn't squeezed. I've used them all week on the treadmill and haven't had any pain at all while running. The doctor said I could keep my normal activity as tolerated and that I wouldn't cause any harm. Now I just need to replace all my other shoes. :lol: :lol: :lol: I have my next injection next Tuesday. Thank you for asking!

Hi Melissa, that's great to hear with the new running shoes and the injections. I can never find cute shoes for my foot problems, so comfort wins out. I've also had to get the wider shoes. Good luck tomorrow. :-D

It's great that Mason will be home this weekend. The furries will love having him home. When does your DH get back? Good luck tomorrow in the 5K. I am so glad that you will be doing it. The worst thing is to stop activities that you enjoy. It's great that the doctor gives you the go-ahead. Sending good vetty vines to Charlie and "no problems" vines to your car.

Great on the new shoes being so comfortable. It has to be awful to run with foot pain. :sad:

I've yet to find shoes/boots with a good arch support for myself. Living so far away from stores, it's hard to shop around.

LOL! I didn't know you could send "no problems" vines to a car :lol: Makes me think of the car in Poltergeist that was "angry." Hope you have a great 5k and Tarragon slides down into the blues for you! Good vetty vines for Charlie and I hope your car issues don't break the bank!
