1/24 Mr Kitty Dosing? All Pink #s

Hi,

Switched to Lantus 3 days ago, was mentioned in a prior thread that if I was still seeing all pink numbers after 3 days we might consider a dose increase now instead of after 5 days. I don't want to rush things, but he's also been so high for so long and I feel badly for him.

Thoughts?

There aren’t any night mid cycle tests. He might have gone lower at night like many cats do. Can you set an alarm and get a +6 or +7? I’d consider an increase in the morning if I were sure about the night nadir. See what others think.

+6 was 312. 1/2 unit increase based on TR guidelines?
