well. planned on increasing this AM but stopped for a few reasons.. mainly these syringes (i also accidentally missed his +4 last night.. not sure how low he went.. was back up to 90s tho at +5 so idk how much lower if it was a lot thinking probably not..). i’m thinking its negligible but maybe not.. some barrels lower from the ring, others closely meet it. looked at SS.. think the ones that closely met it sometimes took us down to 60s at 2.5, tho not always.. makes sense cuz theres a little more insulin. but maybe this is ok. (?) idk. ok to increase despite slight variance w syringes? like.. finally got the calipers to manage dosing and the markings.. now the darn barrels and ring vary?.. like you cant win haha. :rolleyes: or try to use the good ones, discard/leave on the side the lesser ones?

i regret if maybe this was silly/inconsequential.. but i needed to ask. :/ it does affect the amount, proper barrel at ring is dose.. lower barrel from ring, a little less. if anyone can offer or look at things to let us know.. cuz the new boxes are the same. :blackeye: One bag had a lot that were made really well, and then others were like we get sometimes, a bit lower.. maybe like an 1/8 or 1/16th.. :arghh:

i dont feel confident w dosing right now.. i feel a little lost. not sure how to approach increase and would really like to try doing so.. maybe will just take a little break, a cycle or two.. and just be cool w numbers as they are cuz they are pretty good (tysm for encouraging me w this.. :cat:..) think on things.. see what the forum can maybe guide me with ❤️.. go frm there. :blackeye::coffee: try to pick up friday AM (tmw)..

we've been using calipers for some months now :cat: i know that's helped a lot.. we got away w it cause the issue I noticed mostly was the markings were terrible.. now im noticing the barrel is sometimes lower from the ring. I can't say if this was always the case tho.. just might be, and am noticing now. (I use the ring on the ReliOns (use ReliOns..) to help with dosing cause you kind of have to.. it juts out so you can't lay it flush on the side to see like on other syringes.. might have to adjust where on the barrel i dose.. was suggested to me one time, might go look again.. see if that might work) not sure how to dose now.. but figuring out. might be negligible.. idk. :coffee::blackeye::woot:

(got ours form Walmart ten bucks haha. and they're pretty good. you also don't have to screw anything, it stays where you put it while in use. think that works ok for gentle use like what we do.. :cat:)

oh they are not to an extent.. :rolleyes: they're the budget syringe far as I can tell. but also are the ones that are recommended here, the ReliOns from Walmart.. and its convenient to just pick some up.. and around $13 bucks for 100.. its a great deal. but I have noticed inconsistencies. I even notified the company.. but sometimes they're really good, others eh.. idk. thank u for suggestion! do they have to be ordered online or?.. can also go to a store to buy?
