WCR: mochas ear is really bothering her today .. even just touching it she yelps. We have been applying neo with pain relief but it doesn't seem to be doing much in the way of stopping or slowing the pain. Poor girl. Other then that she is feeling fine .. nice yellow start to the day which is much better then her normal pink. Won't have time for condo visiting today as we have to go to my parents and help them figure out their water problems. Have a great day guys!

Chaos says he understands about the ears. His are sore too, poor guy. Great AMPS though, hope the good numbers keep coming!

sorry about her ear. :sad: I run into that occasionally because I poke on the same ear all the time, and Jazzy is not terribly patient so I tend to go to the spot where I know I can get blood rather than moving around on the ear. She always seems to get over it, though.

Morning! A good tart today Mocha = I hope you will find dome blue too. Sorry for the ear - we run into the same problem. For the most part Mannie is tolerant, but there are days when nothing I do is good.

Awww, poor girl. I do the same as Libby. Checks right ear gives good blood, left, bad, so I tend to go with easy. It gets sore sometimes and I use the neo/pain relief. Don't know if it helps.

Hi Devon, I hope your parents get the well done today, without tooooo much expense. It's darn cold in MI. to be doing that outdoor work,

Not a bad AMPS, but sorry about the ear. I add a drop of Vitamin E Oil to the Neo and tess's ears heal very quickly. What lancets are you using. I think the BD 30 gauge are sharper than most so less painful. Michelle just got me to try 33 gauge BDs and I had very goo results with those too.

awwww, sorry about your ear Mocha. :sad: I hope it heals quickly.
I always tried to alternate ears. When one was really sore, I would spend more time on the other to let it heal. Any chance you can do your pokes on the other ear for a day? I like Ann's idea of vitamin E. I bet it does make a difference!

Hope things get worked out quickly at your parents, so you can come home and relax a while.

Well came home to check on mocha and found her sitting pretty at 60 so I fed MC with some MC gravy .. I really need to get back to my parents .. my mom had to leave she can't take the chaos and if the boys are left to themselves they end up bickering and not working together .. a womans work is never done!

I'll have to keep the vitamin E in mind .. I think we have some of that around the house some where ...

Yikes, Mocha's really keeping you busy today, Devon. I'm sure you don't mind though, to have this wonderful change. :-D
I sure hope you live near your mom, with all this running back and forth.

Beautiful Number and hope that Mocha's ear get better--I always more the spot on her ear, so it's not huting in one place.

Wow Mocha!!! You are clearing those bounces nice and fast. Hope her ear feels better soon!! Poor baby!

Well this isn't to bad of a bounce, yet ... We really only use one ear on mocha, her right ear, her left ear has always, always had a hard time bleeding for us .. and her right ear, even though we moved spots, is still very chewed up looking .. and it kinda feels hard in some areas, like small scabs, but nothing that can come off ... it's hard to explain but I feel bad for her ...

Poor Mocha's ears! Willie too is having a similar situation with his right ear, though thankfully it lately has been easier getting results on the left. We just bought some neo with pain relief yesterday and have been using it... seems to be helping.

Hoping Mocha can clear this next bounce like she did earlier today! Have a great evening!
