The decrease dosage will occur after (13) or (15) cycles?

14 so Monday evening. It’s usually “a week” and we were on Monday mornings but he had an extra cycle at 1.25u which put the reductions a bit behind.

It would be fine to either do it Monday or Tuesday morning..your choice
