Yesterday's Condo
Cinco made me so happy last night - who would have thought cat poo could bring such joy? He also let out one of his trademark howls a little later, and I was actually delighted to hear it, as his vocalizing has been absent for the past couple of weeks. This morning he had a few comments, but used his inside voice (a rarity).
He definitely seems perkier, and his numbers are better - we saw blue last night! I think the subqs yesterday helped, so I'm planning to give them daily for a while. Rachel's coconut oil suggestion also played a part, I'm pretty sure, in helping things move along, so thank you, Rachel! Needless to say, I cancelled the vet appointment.
Abyssinians (at least MY Abyssinians) have a habit of sometimes eating too much too fast, with unpleasant consequences. As I sat here reading condos earlier, Harvey demonstrated this. All. over. the. family room. Why can't they stay in one place and just cough it all up??? I guess I should be grateful it was all on the floor - laminate and carpet clean up easier than upholstery. :YMSIGH: The crazy thing is, half an hour later, they want food! Harvey was just in, cleaning up the crumbs left on his breakfast plate and begging for more! Wish we recovered that fast!
Sending prayers and healing vines to Angela and her Daisy, as well as to all others in need. :YMHUG: :YMHUG: :YMHUG:
