Good Morning, Everyone,

We are sending good-surgery vines to Linda's Pinkerton this morning and many positive thoughts and vines of strength to Linda. Pinky, you can get through this!

It's a cold morning here (-2 to start, but not expected to get much warmer; tonight it may get down to -20 with wind-chill at -40; wow!), but we were all snug in our quilt. Even Rusty didn't want to get up, but he did. We had a good test, shot, breakfast (triple turkey smorgasbord), and now a nap in his little bed as close to the radiator as he can get. The beans have annual physicals this morning. We're off in a few minutes, so will be back later.

Nice bluish green start for Rusty. I don't blame him on not wanting to get up. Buried under a quilt sounds like the perfect place when it is that cold. Good luck at your annual physicals! Annoying but necessary. Have a great day Ella!

Hi guys .. very nice start rusty! Wow, that is really cold .. our temp read 1 this morning and everything in the house is creaking from it being so cold! Good luck with the physicals .. rusty, you stay home and hold down the fort .. keep that quilt warm! have a great day guys!

Awesome start for Rusty today. WOO HOO!, and no doubt he will be at the lagoon in few.

oh my on those temps..... BRRRRR! is an understatement. and -40 with the wind chill? Under the quilt for sure.

Good vines for you and Edward for your physical. Hope all is well with both of you.

Scritches to Rusty.. i'm sure he'll be holding court in the lagoon quickly. He is amazing. Good Dr. visit vines to you and Edward. Then get home and get under those quilts!!! take good care mary and oliver

We are back from our yearly exams: still healthy, apparently! I am averse to doctors, so I'm glad it's over with (still have to have the b/w done, however).

The LagoonMeister is back in the lagoon. Right now he is calling me to play a game, so I'll bbl.

Glad the physicals are over with. You're pretty brave to go out in these temps. Bet lots of peeps canceled. :smile:

Great numbers today ~ even with the vet visit! Good job, Rusty!

Brrrrr ~ this Calif. girl is cold just thinking about those temps!

What a fantastic day for Rusty Boy!! That's an almost perfect day! Pretty chilly here too 20 degrees!

Hi again,

The real cold hasn't arrived yet: it's only -4 degrees here at the house (-8 at the weather station). But they still say it will be -25 tonight with deadly wind chills (to -40). Rusty is batting his bell balls around, getting ready for bed. I think he's working on a hairball: his appetite has been off and on for a few days now. He and Edward had a great "rough" play this evening, while I was cooking dinner. Rusty is a whirlwind when he really gets into his play.

Thanks for visiting us today. Thinking of you all and your kitties tonight and sending lots of healing vines to all who need some.
