Good Morning, Everyone,

-22 degrees F. this morning in our backyard. It has now (at 9:45 a.m.) climbed up to -17. I don't think we'll be doing any outdoor activities today. The high for the day is supposed to be -5. Rusty is camped out in his little bed by the radiator. We had a brief schmooze, but he took off pretty quickly for the radiator. His bgs are continuing their upward drift this morning. We'll see what happens today. We are almost at the end of this cartridge of Lev. (this is day 54), so the insulin may be losing its punch. I plan to start a new cartridge either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Yo LL Sliders. It's mighty cold on the ice here today, but we'll go out and practice anyway. Maybe we'll go to Neko's for practice. All kitties welcome to join the LL Sliders Curling Club.

I don't blame Rusty for heading for the radiator. Brrr. I hope the new cartridge helps Rusty get back on track.

Hi guys .. nice blue this morning rusty .. but no higher ok? Good luck with the new pen .. and make sure you stay warm! We had those negative double digits a few weeks back and it was horrible .. Have a great day!

The pen might be pooping out, usually I' seen numbers go off when it gets down into the last section. Come on, Rusty, fresh juice is just around the corner.

Rusty! Lubs your place, but i slids right past the button and into the ice-fishing hole last night! I thinks Neko's might be a little safer today! -- Tess, still cold from det water!

I hope the new juice halts the upward trend, and brings it all downward to some pretty greens! Rusty still looks pretty handsome in blues. Have a nice day, Ella :-D

Rusty - Green team is lookin' for a little more help here please. We'll have to go indoor to get ice, but there's a rink just down the hill from me. ~Neko
Aye yi yi on the temperatures there. :shock: Might be too cold for kitties to go curling outside.

I stopped by the vetty's today. Their snowdrops are blooming and it was 10C or 50F. Good luck on the new pen!

Hi again,
Rusty has had a gradual downward slide all day, so I decided to wait until tomorrow to start a new pen of Lev. He has had good appetite and good breathing. He's been sitting in his perch in the brilliant sunshine (which masks how cold it is outside--it got up to Zero today). Now he's in his basket (next to the radiator). I was going to get a lot of paperwork done today and never got to it. Don't know where the time went, but it went!

Yikes, and I thought it was cold HERE!!!! I'd be curled up next to the radiator with Rusty if I lived there :lol: !!!

Looks like maybe that old juice still has some kick to it....very nice slow slide into PMPS tonight. Maybe Rusty will even dip his toes in the lagoon - it's so empty today!

Rusty is the skip of the blue team today! Keep that slide going, Rusty, you're the champ. Yep, yep, that's cold. :shock:

Hi Ella!
I am glad to hear that Rusty is eating and breathing good! :-D :-D
I hope that with the new pen tomorrow, Rusty finds his lagoon soon.
