Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (YUM! Elsa outdid herself this morning: PRIMO!), and Happy Wacky Wednesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! GUESS WHAT! Today is WACKY WEDNESDAY!!! Just like every Wednesday Lola and Bug SWEAR that it won't be wacky pizzas, just wacky Wednesday. Whatever that means.... The whack-a-thon marathons continue. Excellent pizzas to the best whacker! so... well... Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It's Christmas! We have to have peppermint! ....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with peppermint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts always on the menu!

I hope everyone had a great Tuesday, that the was been a good one. I never did make Seattle. Barb had to cancel, so I stayed put and got some things done around the house. And cleaned, which I didn't really complete this weekend. Almost all caught up on the house stuff. YAY! Lola got to chase the vacuum so she was happy. Bug watched from afar, and Elsa was nowhere to be seen, Normal for vacuum day.  Lola is so funny. She chases the vacuum, bats at it when I pass by, plays with the cord, Jumps on the hose attachment if that is out. I even managed to vacuum her tail with that attachment. She didn't seem to mind. She did draw the line however when I went for her flank. That was a big no no! WOW, silly cat loves the vacuum. Elsa ad Bug are good, behaving themselves, napping these cold foggy days away. Funny how they perk up when and if we get that afternoon sun. Bug really enjoys his sunbeams, Kinda reminds me of Mannie.

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   Elsa's whack-a-thons are back on the menu - again over her fuds bowl. Bug wanted some of hers, and she told him no way was she sharing. WHACK! He waited patiently then until she as finished and went in to clean the bowl.  He went to give her the once over, and well that got a WHACK too. Poor Bug! He is so funny though. After these WHACKS he just sits there and looks at her, then saunters off to Mannie's old Fleece bed for a nap. Lola decided yesterday that it was a good idea to go back to attacking my feet when I walked by... always after the pass, and she gets my heels. Silly cat! She had stopped doing that for a while, guess it is back on the menu. She continues to do the things that make her so fun: rides the frig door, walks the banisters, sleeps in the shower towel rack, pounds any and all glass doors that she can find. YAY! another case of NORMALCY in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. Nicholas's regular pool is reopened so we are off to swim this morning, while William spends that time at the other grandparents. We are due for warmer weather, and maybe even some sun. If that is the case I hope there will be time for the park and/or beach in the afternoon. Paws crossed! I will try and get to condos when I can....

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!! cat_pet_icon

How funny on the whacking and the heel attacks. Bug seems like such a laid back kitty. Definitely normalcy in Musketeerville. I hope you and Nicholas have a good swim today.

Elsa - I'll take some of that triple espresso please! @-)

Good to hear you've got sunshine now. Forecast has changed to show lots of it in the next few days. Should be a fun one today with the kids in the regular pool and the park afterwards. :-D

Love the stories of the kitty antics. I can''t believe you got away with vacuuming a tail. :o Sunbeams are a hit today here too. :-D :-D

Hi Everyone! What a great morning at the pool. Nicholas was his old energizer fish today. Two whole hours in the pool, and I think we did all that there was for him to do: Deep Sea diving in the hot tub, slides over and over, buckets and spouts, and more fun things in the big pool. Noodles ruled the roost today, that and the small buckets pails. He discovered that it you pour water in one end of the noodle that it will run out the other end.  We must have done that a million times. What fun!. The guards continue to talk to him, and he is getting more comfortable with them. Today he went up and said hello and waved to one of them. She walked by while we were in the big pool and asked Nicholas if he could show her how he jumped in the pool. It was so great to see him climbed out and do what she asked. Jumped right in! WooHOO, way to fo little man. We had a pigout in the car after swimming. By then William had joined us. A feast on PBJ sandwiches, veggie soups and yogurt drinks. William so wanted Nicholas's PBJ.  All in all: what a great day. Both boys are now crashed ion their beds, down for a well deserved nap.

HI Carla - I so know on all those whacks - cracks me up. The heel attacks are a hoot too. A new thing for her, doesn't happen often, but love it when it does.  THX on today - the pool was GREAT!

Hi Devon - Oh yes - I LOVE the frig door rides. I really do need to get a video of that. She is so fun!

Hi Wendy - Yes we had it... haven't seen it today though. It was supposed to be her by non.... nope! at least not by my house. By Friday our forecast should be like yours: lots of sun! not too sure what happened to today.... Today has been GREAT! I'm not too sure we will make that park - both boys are ZONKED! Do you believe that tail vacuum???? She actually let me do it!
Auntie Wendy - NO PROBLEM! I gots you covered - on my way! I'll bring two! ~~ Elsa, KBP

Hi Michelle,
Wow, You had a fun day! The kitties are perfecting their routines!! Nicholas sounds like he had a wonderful swim day today, and I'm sure he impressed the lifeguard with his fearless jumps. Neat about lunch in the car. Nothing better than PB&J! (We have it every day for lunch.)

Are you tired yet? Have a great evening!

Hugs, scritches,

Ella & Rusty

p.s. to Elsa: I put some of that delicious espresso in my thermos and had it in the mid afternoon. A great pick-me-up! Thank you Kitteh Barista!

Oh that Lola, going in for the rear sneak attack   And letting you vacuum her tail :o She is fearless!!
How cool that Nicholas is getting so comfortable with the instructors :-D They must look forward to teaching him.
Soon, William, you will be able to share most of the post-swim feast

morning everyone! I could have sworn I answered this last night. I so remember writing it....

Hi Ella - we did! it was a fun time in the pool. It will be great too once William is able to come too. And yes on those fearless jumps. He was so proud of himself! :-D Yupp on lunch in the car - we do that alot. It is sometime just easier than finding a lunch spot. The boys seem to like it, kinda fun actually. me too on those PBJ's. :-D oh too funny on the tired... that would be an affirmative. @-) Oh yes on those kitties. They do have them. That is reassuring in a way. THX on last night, it was a nice one. relaxing.
Auntie Ella! My bean does that too. She carries it everywhere with her. I am so glad you likes it well enough to have some in the afternoon too. SWEET! ~~ Elsa, KBP

Hi Anne - it feels as good to be able to write it too!

Hi Jane - Lola is something else. I tried the tail vacuum on a whim, if only becasue she was right there, the attachment in my hand, wow when she let me vacuum it. I LOVE those rear sneak attacks. never ever a dull moment here. I think so too on the instructors. He can be a bot gun shy around strangers, so we are doing this so he will know them so he will let them teach him. So far so good. :-D yupp too on William, once he learns how to "chew" rather than gum everything to pieces.  But he dos love the taste, and is always reaching for what Nicholas has for lunch.
