Saturday's Kibble Raid!

Please help to calm down this poor bean, i am freaking out over these high numbers.

Is this still the kibble raid? A bounce from Friday's low numbers? I thought i saw Leo eat at least 2-3 kibbles (whiskas variety) yesterday afternoon before i could pull him away kicking and screaming.

I went out last night and didn't make it home until 3:30am and am suffering today, i shot Leo at his usual time and i think it was a good shot, my mom said she didn't smell any insulin, as she watched me shoot Leo. Next time this bad bean will let the DGp shoot the insulin instead of doing it myself while being all pie-eyed.

Our insulin will be 4 weeks old on Friday so its still good.

Oh Leo! What's up with the stinkus pinkus??? No ideas but hope he comes down for you soon. Hugs Tracy!

Hi Tracy, well, the suffering might be worth it if you had a good time! :lol: Aww, excuse the kidding and hugs to you. It's a worry when we're not sure if we did a shot. Get some r & r!

Leo came down to a yellow PMPS tonight, i was really worried we would see really high pink or red...... :shock:

I brought along a brand new pen over to the grandbeans and i used that tonight instead of the vial. I just wanted to see if it made a difference at all. I've decided to leave Leo here at the grandbeans instead of bringing him back home with me and leaving him alone for 9+ hours while i'm at work, coming home at lunch just wasn't as feasible as i thought, as i found out on Friday, add to that my physio appointments and i'd never see Leo. At least here both the grandbeans are home all day long and he's got his brother to keep him company. I'm going to miss him like crazy, i can't remember the last time i was home without Leo, it was before his dx back in April at least. He's crashed out with his brother Toban in his kitty bed and they are both covered up with Leo's fuzzy kitty blankie, both are exhausted after eating a big supper.

Ann, it was well worth the suffering, we played cards til the wee hours of the morning............ lots of fun!
 
I'm glad you had fun last night - you deserve it! Leo's numbers will come back to Leo numbers - no doubt! I hope you've recovered from last night's festivities!!!
