What a good girl! Since I had to be at the doctor at +2 and didn't get home until +4, she surfed in pretty blue numbers!
Wasn't expecting to be gone that long, but by the time we'd done x-rays, drawn blood and had a steroid shot into my knee, it had been 2 hours!
Now I have to have an MRI and getting sent to the ortho surgeon....figured that was going to happen, but I guess I really need to get whatever is going on fixed at some point. Unfortunately, they made my MRI appointment for 1:30 tomorrow and China has her vet visit at 3...and it's over an hour away so I'll be rescheduling the MRI
Then this afternoon I got a phone call from a number I'd never seen before and it was Jordan with Marks Marine Pharmacy in Canada telling me they owed me some free insulin!! Isn't that great?? I told him I was going to be needing to reorder in a couple of weeks, so it was cool that he'd called! He thanked me for sending them all the sugarcat moms and dads and tell me they'd made a little video explaining how they ship their insulin to keep it cool and in good shape and then told me if I had any suggestions, send them his way!
I've always said Marks had great customer service! I never dreamed they'd call me! If you want to look at the video it's at www.canshipinsulin.com If you have any suggestions, let me know and I'll send them along!
Edited to add...sure hope China handles the drive to the vet well tomorrow...sometimes she does great and sometimes it's pretty awful with her carsickness
