I am so grateful that Benny is doing as well as he is . . . and I feel for those caregivers whose kitties are struggling with high numbers. Truly, it seems like with the diabetes diagnosis we got for Benny, we could hardly have hoped for a better outcome. He still has an infected tooth that needs to come out, we've been waiting for him to get a little healthier and gain back some weight first, but I'm hoping that once that infection is resolved he'll maybe manage to go into remission.

And don't be too jealous, we're still dealing with the occasional poop on the rug.
