Lowest preshot thusfar... I am going to stall it for 30 mins and see if he goes up a bit. He's down from his +7, even though I fed him a snack afterwards. I really wish he would stop plummeting and then spiking back up! We had our first red on the 18th and my SO mucked with his dose again... :-x Grrr.... He really needs to wake up and realize that this isn't a game and he needs to stop messing around. He's setting back our progress and it's getting annoying.

hi ry! nice to see you and scooter tonight!

the "great" thing about feline diabetes is you get a chance to do it all again! so you're SO will learn - i'm still learning new things and i've been doing this a year now. takes a while.

sounds like you're all set tonight. as long as you've got the high carb food and plenty of strips and are going to monitor all will be fine.

i'm headed for bed but wanted to at least say hi.

Great number for Scooter tonight! Since this is your lowest preshot it is probably good to stall and see which way he's heading... as long as he's not dropping (and you are able to monitor) I'd say it's shootable :-D

The plummeting and spiking is probably bouncing, it is normal, but we all hate it! You have really started to see some response from him on this dose, from what I can tell from your spreadsheet. I am not a dosing expert but you have definitely seen more blues... this is good ;-)

35 mins later he was at 153 so I fed and went ahead with the full dose. Let's hope all goes well tonight :) Knowing him, he'll be some wacky high number in 4 hours lol.
