..an ok better day today. Bebe had to wake me up.. so tired i forogot to put an alarm; his Cerenia was an hr late…. i setup some hearing pads for is both (was advised to put one for him. Would encouraged him to go..) and think it helped me sleep hard.. i also admittedly, plum forgot. theres been a lot added to his regimen.. i forgot. and thats one of the most important..

he ate ok tho and kept everything down ok so i was happy ~ still has some inappetance tho.. not sure if should give another small dose of Mirataz?… or should give a bit bigger? (@Suzanne & Darcy @Wendy&Neko ..) the thing is hes yet to go potty well…… ... and hes probably a bit dehydrated.. so all this also doesnt help him eat. i was told to wait 3 days and see.. today is 3.. counting down frm when i started the Miralax.. he is passing things, but like small amounts.. each time. and so far everyday it seems almost.. but not a normal amount.

he got fluids yesterday.. only around 50 mL id say.. do we give more today? or just wait til tmw to give like 75 or so?.. idk.

thankful his sugar numbers going ok for time being.. bit more manageable.. but also seeing, going back up tho slowly as we need.. things being slow for a little bit rn helps..

got his phosphorus binder.. and was told adding a drop or two per day of fish oil (omega 3s) will really help his kidneys too.. (?) start these also??

omg… i thought we’d lose it.. its been so worrying and a lot to take in.. and he totally did!!! just purring.. he was waiting for breakfast. ..

it was suggested on the kidney forum he needs 100 mL a day but idk on that.. what ive heard is 75-100 mL every other.. idk. im concerned hes really having trouble going potty.. not great. :/

he seemed to be not wanting to eat just a little so i have some more Mirataz this afternoon.. eating a bit better now..

i think the Cerenia is definitely helping and will be keeping him on it for the time being for sure..

omggg tysm for saying …. All this happened so fast.. but infections can be fast.. (?).. and just.. idk. day 6 of antibiotic.. glad we’re a little more adjusted… god what a painful time.

For fish oil I use Nordic Naturals. You can get from Amazon. How much miralax are you giving and once or twice a day? It’s dose to effect.
