Yesterday Neko had two inverse curves, both starting and ending with blue. We are now at the forth cycle in a row starting at blue. :-D Unfortunately, all 4 of them she headed straight up afterwards. Any thoughts on what is happening here? I typically get a +3 if she starts in blue and +4 if she starts higher. Neko does have a late onset so I've given up on +2 unless she is low to start.

Today Neko didn't bounce quite as high for her +3, plus she is hugging her blue/green fish nanner, so I am hopeful she'll eventually get into some nice numbers later today. I know acrocats tend to have later nadirs, but I'm surprised at how much later her onset seems to be as well.

It's mostly sunny today. Neko has had two yard patrols, the first was very quick as there was still frost on the ground. The second she managed to do more of a yard patrol and found a few needles to bring in. :lol: We've had a very good nanner hugging, scritching, and I got her hind leg moving a bit, but not enough to video. She is now napping on the blue sofa so hoping for more inspiration there. DH is off to replace the boathouse lock, and I might have to help him later on. We now have 2 months before on water rowing season starts, so time to get the winter maintenance going.

Hi Wendy and Neko, don't have any thoughts on the number thing but hopefully someone can explain it for you. It is nice you are getting blue ps but weird on the inverse curve, not sure what to say on that. Hope you have a nice day! Paws crossed on some better numbers tonight!

I think you may be over-interpreting the data. It looks to me like what you're calling an inverted curve is a bounce breaking. In all likelihood, Neko went lower than the 166 last night. Your AMPS was likely his numbers on the rise again from the lower blues. She's clearing the bounces quickly (a good thing!) so you saw a blue PMPS, followed by a bounce. And, here we are at this cycle where it could be the same thing repeating.

I'd be giving some thought to increasing Neko's dose.

Glad to see Neko is enjoying some blues in her cycle. Maybe the blue/green nanner will bring her some luck to head a bit closer to the lagoon. I'm sure someone will be by to answer your question:)

Blasted cat! On the way down fast late in the cycle. Just when I wanted to head out for a while this afternoon.

@Michelle - Neko has done inverse curves before, but not so many in a row. We got our better numbers already. :mrgreen: She likes to mess with me.

@Sienne - You are probably right on me over analyzing things! Maybe it is just bouncing for a few hours and back to business. I'm going to see where today goes before doing an increase. Sometimes she nadir's at +9, and at the rate shes dropping, who knows what'll happen.

@Tamara - Neko decided to join Ella in the lagoon after all. Happy New Year to you too!

Hey Wendy, Congrats on getting to the Lagoon!! I hope the cycles explain themselves! It's so exasperating when we want to do the absolute best thing, but it isn't always so clear what the best thing is. It's so nice to have so many experienced eyes to look and help. Maybe she has a roulette wheel in the basement that she spins. :roll: Nice green! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: And yard patrol. It's a great day.

Zooming up now, but at least we got a couple hours of green in there.

@Mary - Just when you think you've got them figured out, they change the game plan. That's why they say it's a dance with the cat leading, but I think I'm dizzy. :lol: I got out for a short bit.

@Carla - just a quick green visit today.

@Liz - It's either a pair of dice or a roulette wheel. :lol: :lol: She's outside again, enjoying the dry. It's supposed to get wet in a couple of days so I hope she's soaking it in.

And there goes the streak of 4 blue PS in a row. But not bad for Neko. I did "chubby" up the dose by adding a drop. One of my errands out today was to stop by one of the local small pharmacies. They are willing to order in any type of syringe I want, I just have to find the "item #" associated with it. The only Monojects they could find by a quick search are 29 gauge and I'd rather stick to 31 gauge. Time for more internet research to see if I can find the item # for other syringe types.

Hi Neko, I'm glad you spent some time in the lagoon today. I'm taking a break now, too. See you tomorrow for a surf?

@Ella - Thanks for visiting. I think Neko just REALLY loves to bounce and maybe that's the answer. With her periodic really late nadirs, I don't always catch the lows at night. Rowing starts in early March, and then I'll be up at her +9's some days.

@Rusty - I need the ropes, real bad!! I think I got hit by a monster wave or something in the lagoon and it flipped me up high. ~Neko
