Good Morning LL! Muffin has the same amps today as yesterday! I fattened up the dose this morning (I think). Muffin's been spending her nights in the kitchen, so I put a little space heater in there. It's awfully cold downstairs, especially in the mornings, and this seems to keep her ears warmer so poking is easier. I got up this morning to find her sitting near it. Her appy was better yesterday - there's been no contraband around. :lol: I got 4 meals into her. I have the girls today before and after daycare, but I'm going to try to do a curve on Muffin.

The rest of the gang is doing well. I've been letting Kibby go out for about a half hour during the days, and it seems to make him happy. I'll have to post a pic of Cleetus - in his full winter coat, he looks just a lion. He's got a huge fluffy mane going on. Oscar disappeared for nearly 24 hours the other day, but came home none the worse for wear. Shnookie's looking very clean and shiny, as he usually does in the winter when he doesn't go out and lay in the dirt. He's been spending most of his time either inside or asleep on the chair in the garage. I haven't weighed him lately, but he does have a visible waistline! Sam is still living in the garage, poor little thing. And the drooler spends much of his day in the bed under the covers. :lol:

Muffin is one smart cookie to hang by the heater. I love the update on all the kids. Glad to hear everyone is doing well. I laughed out loud when i got to "the drooler spends much of the day in the bed, under the covers" :lol: :lol: :lol:

Good luck on the curve with Muffin today. It sounds like you've got quite a crew to keep up with. It definitely makes life interesting to have a multi-pet house.

+2 289 She's been hanging out by the heater all morning so far - one smart cookie indeed! And yep, multi-pet households definitely make for one busy bean! :lol: Gotta go round up Kibby and get him back in the house.

Nice to see Muffin back in the greens yesterday, but why oh why are they still aiming for the Christmas colors! Great WCR (Whole Crew Report)! I'm glad to heart Kibby is doing so well. Good luck on the curve. Tess has even been spending some time in the bed w/ all the cold night!

I missed +3, but after yesterday, didn't want to wait til +4, so got a +3.5 - 188. She's below renal threshold now, which is the most important thing, so I fed a little LC to try and slow her down. Still not sure what was going on yesterday, if she bounced from that fast drop or what, so trying to avoid a repeat performance. I've been feeding larger amts at amps, like I do when she's OTJ. Maybe I should try more mini meals early in the cycle and see if that helps.

Ann - You're probably right! :lol:

+5 is 90, she's down another 100 pts in an hour and a half. So much for slowing her down. :roll: Thought about feeding this a little, too, but it's late in the cycle. I'll see where she is in an hour, and if she's still dropping, I'll feed just a tiny bit then.

+6 77, still dropping. I gave Denamarin, and I know she's supposed to get that on an empty stomach, but I'm going to give her about a tsp of LC anyway.

Looks like Muffin is digging that fattened dose! Way to go Muffin!
Sounds like we have a similar household minus the drooler. Our house feels like a zoo sometimes but it sure is nice to have all the kitties snuggling in bed on a winter's night!

She's been so good today, just hanging out on the kitchen chairs where the heat blows right on her, and coming immediately for test times, all on her own. Thank you baby girl, for being such a trooper. Little bit of a double dip here, I'm interested to see what pmps will be.

Tamara - She does seem to be liking this dose - glad I fattened it up. Probably should have done it yesterday. And I sooo hear you on the zoo thing. I don't even really have regular meal times for the kitters, other than breffis when I get up, so often it feels like all I do all day is feed cats! :lol: Snuggling in bed is definitely a wonderful thing. I upgraded to a king size bed to have more room for all of us! :-D

Pmps 96! Our first green PS this time around, and after such a nice string of them! I hope she keeps it up tonight. I gave pred and bupe at pmps, and then realized she's only supposed to get pred once a day starting today. ohmygod_smile :oops: I brought her up to my room since the girls are playing downstairs, and she's sitting here purring on my lap. cat_pet_icon
