Evening LL!! Was so busy with forms & calls & bills this am, then went out to check on things that are going into our house & changed some things, I finally sat down tonite to post!!
Moonie is running higher due to the prednisolone, so I am raising the insulin dose by drops to see if she will come down. She is at 0.1U & I will fatten that up . Also she pooped 2 tiny ones today & none yesterday, so upping the lactulose too..Up to 1 1/2ml tonite!!
Geez Moonie you are so hard to be regulated these days!!!! After almost 5 yrs.,too!!
Yes LL , Moonie will be on lantus 5 yrs. on feb 22!! Miraculous Little Kitty she is!!

But , she is eating better, seems better, looks better, and we go from day to day hoping each one will be better than the next.. (ANTIJINX!!!) Hope all kitties & Beans are doing well & will be healthier & happier this year!

Great WCR for sweet Moonie today. :-D :-D It's nice to just need to fine tune some things. Hugs to you, Roni.

Good call to increase. Insulin often has to be adjusted for other meds. Moonie will adjust just fine! Isn't it amazing that they can need so little insulin for so long, but st have to have that little bit.

How are thing going in the house? Any word on when you can go home?

"Every day in every way, better and better". Hi guys! Moonie is looking good. It's correct to adjust the dose to the situation when you are giving meds. 5 years in Feb.! Roni, you are a terrific mamabean!

All is well here. It's -13 and getting lower every half hour. I'm glad that Linda got home safely.

Got such a late start today--
House is coming along well...Now if only the insurance company would give everyone their money,
the town would be able to rebuild!

Hey Roni, nice report on Moonie girl and hope increasing the Lactulose will help with the poo area. I've had to give Mags a little over 1ml Lactulose twice a day to keep the consistency. Sending poo vines and hope she did some prezzies overnight. Mags says, "come on Moonie, you can do it." Mags had some very smelly ones overnight, such a good sight to see! :lol: Glad to hear things are coming along with your home. Love and hugs from us.
 
Glad to see Moonie doing well and pooping away! Good call to adjust insulin for her current situation - want to stay on top of bg so she doesn't get into really high numbers.
 
Hi guys, I know this is yesterday's report but wanted to post and tell you how happy I am to hear that moonie is doing so much better .. I continue to keep you guys in our thoughts and prayers .. Now moonie, you better tell your momma that 5 years on insulin and doing so good sure seems cause for one heck of a party, don't you think? Have a great day guys!
