Hi everyone, it’s been a while since we’ve posted but we’ve had some major changes in our household and I’m afraid Mr. Kitty is not doing very well. We have a new cat I saved from outside that I would normally get into a rescue, but he is disabled so we decided to keep him. As you can see from our spreadsheet, Mr. Kitty’s been on the upward climb for the last few months and I’m at a loss at what to do. I’m afraid the added stress of the new kitty is making a significant impact on his BG. Should I test for ketones? Should I take him for a check up? We don’t test bg as often as we use to because he is frail and grumpy when we poke him more than a few times a day. Today his PMPS +3 was alarming so I’m staying up to retest at least one more time. Thanks for listening.
