? 1/18 RICO AMPS HIGH, +2 499 - TR CYCLE 6 INCREASE?

New to TR. Two days before switching to TR, Rico got a Convenia shot and after the 2nd cycle he also got a Depot Medrol shot. Vet suggested both were needed for his teeth inflammation - however, his BG has been rocket high since then. He's at 1.5u. Do I carry on until the DM effect wears off or do I increase in the next cycle? Please advise on dosing!!!

Hi Carol. I wish I could offer you some advise, but I am not sure if you should increase now or wait it out. Sorry!

With nadirs below 200, you hold doses for at least 8 cycles in TR, but considering that he is not "new to" blue nadirs, you can increase after 6 cycles at this dose.
You might want to increase tomorrow morning if you can monitor better in the day.

He's not new in blue nadirs, he's had green as well. I also forgot to mention that I overslept this morning and gave him his shot 1 hour late... :(
