Baby was increased to .75 this morning & naturally started showing better #s - I don't think this is the new dose taking effect - because I think that takes more time than a few hours - which leaves me wondering - should I go back to .50 in the AM? I don't want her shed overflowing into to low of greens...

WCR cute..cuddly..playful... has not eaten in about 3 hours & not hungry... even after BG Test & PM Shot.. no snack or dinner yet. Beautiful day here & we are going outside to play.

Any advice is appreciated re: AM Dose (((thank you)))

I think you need to see how the cycle plays out. There's an awful lot that can happen between now and your AMPS. Can you re-post your question an hour or so before you go to sleep and remember to check your condo from today before you shoot in the AM? I think an answer then vs. now will make more sense. (I'm also guessing you shoot early in the AM and not very many people may be around.)

Thanks, Sienne - that makes complete sense. You are right - I do shoot early 4am CST so.. I will repost before I go to bed. (((Thank you)))

I was hoping to look back into the past condos to read a bit more of the history and there is no link... maybe you just forgot today... :lol:

Looks like it hadn't been 72 hours since the last lowish green you got... rebound can take 72 hours to clear and ... and .. something kitties like to go high (like this AM) before an action cycle.

I agree with Sienne to let the cycles go through and look at where Baby is going with this new dose.

I hope Baby has a nice cycle tonight. The 300 could have been the high before the break, let's see where she goes tonight.

Heather :YMSIGH: I must confess.. I have not been posting too much this past week.. I have picked up a bad habit of not posting if Baby is above 200, I did not want to take attention from others who need it -- I tend to just feel down when Baby's BG is not below 200 - so I dont want to bother others. Sorry about the link being gone.. there was nothing to link to. I will do better.

Libby I soooooooo hope that Baby is back in action & has a beautiful cycle, thank you for cheering us on.. as always ;-)

:YMSIGH: Here we go again... the same cycle... she goes low.. bounces & then there we are.. I don't know how to get out of this cycle.. it is keeping us from progress.

can you measure a dose between 0.75 and 0.5? I would probably try that next - if she bounces high tonight then shoot the 0.75 tomorrow to help with the rebound, then reduce by just a drop. We'll know pretty quickly if that was not enough of a reduction.
