Good Morning LL! Wow, the last three cycles were incredible, exhausting but incredible. Tess seems to be taking a bit of a break today and I think I'm going to tale advantage and BTB.

WCR All 5 Ps , well not much playing yet, but that's mom's fault.

Tess was 162 at +2, so is nice and steady in the blues. Fed her raw at +1 and +2 . Mama bean is still sleeping. I have ~O) ~O) ~O) .

No it isn't actually green, but it was :mrgreen: , or retest to see if it would show up. Tess preferred this option.

Tess is doing very well today. Nice green 81 at +9 and ate a little 5% snack. Ann got to take her Mom to the Opthomologist so DH gets to test and feed this afternoon. :mrgreen:

OK, now :mrgreen: is deserved. Fed a little 5% to slow things down a little, I hope. At least she usually levels out by +6 and that's just 11:00pm here. And tonight I will go right to bed after that test. We tried FF Chunky Chicken Feast 5%, big hit.

If she runs true to form tomorrow, I would expect a drop by +2, once I get her up she usually surfs. We will be gone from +2:30 to about +10:30. I don't know if she will feed herself. We have an autofeeder, but it hasn't been in use since the ant invasions. We usually have to show her there is food in it. Besides which, when we go out we usually come home to find her in exactly the same spot as when we left. She just sleeps, right through the autofeeder.

So if she is still low in the morning, load her up on MC? or skinny the shot for a BCS and if so how much? full.5u or s.5u? Or BCS and MC?

Hi Ann! I know for me, and for Mannie, and on my hike days when I am gone all day - I will feed him a 10% food. I'm usually there for breffis, and the +1 feeding. DH does the +2, and +3. I know this will work for him, and I don't have to do a BCS. If he is starting out with a low ps # then I do HC. Of course Mannie isn't as carb sensitive as Tess... ??

I think the bottom line is that you have to do what you feel comfortable with. trial and error has taught me that I can do the above with Mannie, be gone all day, and come home to a kitty with a nice pmps number. Good luck!

and hear ya on the auto feeder - that too is hit and miss here.

I think that you need to wait to am to see where she is..You could do a BCS dose in the am, and you could leave some MC or HC with reg. food-
I also have cat dishes in 2 places in my house, bedroom, because Moonie spends much time in there, and one dish in the kitchen, which is the community dish.--Moonie is also a lox & stays in the same room for long periods of time, like Tess.so I make sure there is food there too.
Wait for dosing help, but let's see where she is tomorrow before you worry so much-OK? I do understand!!

Maybe a moot point, 98 at +6, looks like Tess is heading up a little.
