That Khan is slick!! getting into Pepper's HC food.. quick as can be! .. today he is locked up in his cat room.. stinker! hahah!! sticking to 1.0u for next 3-5 days unless told otherwise.

WOw.. Khan is creatative to get out to get at Pepper's HC food! He didn't get any this afternoon. Good thing I went home at lunch to check on him. I'm not comfortable with 1u since some days I am not able to get home at lunch to check him. IF his number is going to drop to 60 at +5 maybe go to 0.75? Even if there isn't enough data to support it? for his safety?

I'm not a dosing expert, but I know that Lantus likes consistency. You seem to dose hop a bit. I hope someone will chime in with advice and you can determine a dose that you are comfortable giving consistently. I know it's hard when you're not able to get those tests in during the day.
