Good Morning LL! Late post this morning, the bean actually made it back to bed! Tess has turned right around again so we may have another interesting day!

I have to bite the bullet and start practicing w/ the Terumo syringes, I'm nearly out of Monojects. So I hope I can get used to them. For me getting the bubbles out is the hard part. yes Marje, I know, draw the insulin excruciatingly slowly.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club and happy now that the beans are finally up!

Yep, looks like a repeat of yesterday, only today Tess is letting us see all the colors she skipped yesterday.

Hi Ann & Tess,

Tess, you'll be back at the lagoon soon and this time the LagoonMeister will be there to greet you.

Did Marje tell you her other secret for getting the bubble(s) out of the Terumo? First draw--slowly, slowly-- some insulin and flick the bubble(s) to the top. If there is more than one bubble, try flicking until you can consolidate them into a single bubble and then try to line it up with the base of the needle. Then, very quickly and without moving it much, pull and push the plunger. Presto, the bubble gets pushed out. You have to be very quick and deft--no pauses. After this procedure you can set your dose. (This all sounds difficult, but I have found it to be easy.)

Our kitties will be with their pal Mannie this afternoon. I read about the brush Tess made from Stu's rosemary bush. That is so neat!

Fed Tess a little extra Pinnacle 5% to slow things down a little. Zener must be proud of her slide today!

Ella, I think of Stu every time i walk by the rosemary bush. It's by the walkway and we actually had to cut it way back to get past it!
