Yeah, looks like we'll be increasing tomorrow unless something drastic happens today.

Good news: we got the urine protein:creatinine results back, and everything's good there. Ratio was 0.1; normal is anything under 0.5. So all of his renal values are looking good at the moment, other than the +2 protein in the urine. We'll keep an eye on everything. For now, I'll track his weight every week or so to see if he starts regaining weight now that the bad teeth are gone.

Excellent news on the UPCR! Maybe if the protein sneaks above 2+ it might be worth a repeat, but all good for now. :)

How is Oberon doing with eating now? He could be seeing higher numbers due to inflammation from the dental. Not surprising. I found with Neko it took 7-8 days after dental for those numbers to come back down, so increased in the interim.

Appetite was a little low this evening; I'm wondering if it's from the Clavamox. Definitely has a bit of GI upset. Good point about the inflammation contributing to higher BG. We're planning to increase tomorrow morning, but now he appears to be dropping so we may rethink it depending on whether he's still dropping in the morning.

Also, given the sustained high BG, I did a ketone test earlier and it was fine (0.2).
