LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Lola and Bug got one of those red dot thingies last week, so they've been busy messin' with that ting. as If I'm gonna chase THAT! SO watch out LL, they are on teh prowl... watch out for that red dot! They is so silly! so... well... Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espressos, with beans from Starbucks Pike Place Market, their original blend, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It's Christmas! We have to have peppermint! ....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of mint and vanilla and cimmamum swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with peppermint chips and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts always on the menu!
I hope everyone had a great Tuesday. I really enjoyed mine. It was a busy social day. Also spent some time trying to figure out this crazy medical insurance stuff... Here I thought I had it all worked out, only to find out well, no, I don't.  ;-) oh well... it will all come together. eventually.  Here's what I wrote in yesterday's condo about the day: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. It has been busy here, but a good busy. It was just gloomy all day here, lots of gray ugly clouds, but no rains, temps upper 40's, so ok all around I guess. We did not get any sun, looks like we have to wait until tomorrow for that. My son and I had a nice time over breakfast. He's good, livin' the dream as he always says. He's been busy trying to figure out remodel/repair work on his house. There are alot of questions on the sequence of events, what to do when, etc. there's alot on that plate, from expansion to new electrical to outdoor drainage issues. it's kinda of exciting in a way to plan these things, no mater how far we got with them. He's hoping to get his boss, construction/home business, over one day so they can sit down and come up with a good plan based on his wish list, and is reality list. His cats are good, though the one that always comes home beat up came home beat up again. He's getting very good at treating these wounds on his own. Life seems to be good for him, he was all smiles laughs and good conversation. We had a great time. Made it to Seattle, Barb came through, no cancel. Though she did cut it short, as she had to get back to make sure a program had run, there were no errors so she can give the go ahead to create the pdf files that go to the company that prints the W2's. She's almost done... she will be elated when they are in the mail. I so remember the days. She and I used to work together.... until I hung up my working towel. "

Elsa's whack-a-thons are back on the menu - this time over her fuds bowl. Bug wanted some of hers, and she told him no way was she sharing. WHACK! He waited patiently then until she as finished and went in to clean the bowl.  He went to give her the once over, and well that got a WHACK too. Poor Bug! He is so funny though. After these WHACKS he just sits there and looks at her, then saunters off to Mannie's old Fleece bed for a nap. I guess I need to stop calling it Mannie's bed - Bug has truly adopted it full time. All of Mannie's beds in fact. He rotates between the three of the, Kinda cool! Lola decided yesterday that it was cool to attack my feet when I walked by... always after the pass, and she gets my heels. Silly cat! She continues to do the things that make her so fun: rides the frig door, walks the banisters, sleeps in the shower towel rack, pounds any and all glass doors that she can find. The plants however, at least the past couple of days, have remained intact. YAY! another case of NORMALCY in MusketeerVille!
Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. Nicholas's regular pool is reopened after being closed for a week for maintenance. So we are off to swim this morning, while William spends that time at the other grandparents. We are due for warmer weather, and maybe even some sun. If that is the case I hope there will be time for the park and/or beach in the afternoon. Paws crossed! I will try and get to condos when I can....
