The holistic meds are lowering and then the pred raises the numbers. I'm struggling trying to keep the numbers from spiking and then causing wonky numbers.

Iv'e been giving 1/2 dose of the Drenamin (lowers BG) and then only 1 ml. pred.

We'll see what the small increase to 8.25 u does.

I sure hope this really bad cold goes away soon.

Good luck balancing everything out. I'm not sure what your timing is on giving the holistic meds and pred, but maybe you can try feeding a little higher carb food when you give the holistic meds to try and flatten him out. Sending prayers.

I just discovered Cold-Eeze (http://www.coldeeze.com/) and it helped me feel better when I just recently had a cold. You can find it in local stores (Kroger, Walmart, Rite Aid, Walgreens).
