Simon did really well yesterday with lots of greens and I'm hoping today is going to go as well. I am finally going back to work today after being off for 4 days due to the snow which is good because I think I have eaten enough cookies to last a lifetime. It is funny, but when I am at work, I hardly ever think about food but when I'm stuck inside for 4 days, that's all I think about! Have a great day!
