Google Sheets is still frozen; poetic considering the extreme cold blast across most of the U.S.
On its way to 14° this morning, which is nothing compared to other states.

ETA: Realized the VPN as the likely cause, so Sheets app installed again, and it works as before.

So I uninstall Sheets app, clear cookies on Brave (because I thought to use Sheets on the web, but doesn't look possible), reinstall Sheets, but nothing will download, wifi or otherwise. Maybe I need to pause VPN.....

Unfortunate timing... my laptop needs either replacing or repair and I haven't the time to address either! I was able to reinstall Sheets .... after I realized the holdup.... VPN! So disabled it & voila!
I wonder if that is also what occasionally causes the View Only problem? Life is too short to waste time on this.

We watched the Chiefs vs Dolphins last night.... they were playing in outdoor stadium and it was -4° & -5°! Fourth coldest in game played in NFL history. Burrrr.

I'm in Minnesota, I live very close to Minneapolis. There was the Super Bowl here in 2018, 19 maybe? It was freezing cold, it was funny enough to see so many people walking the streets and swearing at how cold it was. Driving was less fun, that weekend, though! Icy roads must be very scary when you're not used to that.

Crazy cold weather everywhere.

I would think icy roads are treacherous for any city. I remember me as a young Joni in early 80s driving on snow for first time.. The fat tire '68 Camaro scared the daylights out of me! Yikes!
I did get better, but still didn't like it!

Oh yes, they are, but what i meant is that you get used to it. People here are usually very careful, everybody drives a lot slower when there is ice. I'm teaching my daughter this year, it's a process! She wants to either stay here or go to Montreal next year for college, so in any case there will be ice and snow.
